The public corporation JSC "Dolgoprudnenskoe Design Bureau of Automatics” - is the only state-owned company in Russia engaged in the development and creation of dirigibles, aerostats, as well as special-purpose systems.
DDBA main activity lines:
- research and development of advanced trendsetting aeronautic engineering complexes including dirigibles, free-flying and tethered aerostats, as well as development of structural film, fabric-film materials, communication relay, radar surveillance, educational and training activities;
- development and production of fire alarm devices and systems installed on board airplanes and helicopters, sea ships and river boats, as well as in pumping compressor stations of the company Gazprom Russia enterprises;
- development and production of soft structures for special purposes.
DDBA retains its leading position in the development and manufacture of soft structures. The enterprise key production units are specialized following the technological principle and are provided with special technological equipment.
